Deborah PollardCo-Founder and President

Deborah Pollard co-founded Arena Technologies, serves as President, and leads the company’s strategic vision, and is a member of the board. Prior to founding Arena, Deborah founded a successful consultancy and served as an Officer in the Air Force.

Deborah started her career as a signals intelligence officer, serving in highly classified special programs as a program manager, Director of Operations (DO), and as a unit commander during a remote assignment in the Republic of Korea. She also served as a professor at the United States Air Force Academy in the Department of Political Science where she designed/developed and taught several policy-related courses, including National Space Policy. Later, Deborah led the Office of Direct Military Support at a classified mission facility, ensuring time-sensitive support to joint military and special operations forces.

Deborah received her Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and her Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
